When we start a new training program, our bodies and minds are not used to the new demands being placed on them, which can lead to soreness, fatigue, and frustration. However, this initial discomfort is a natural part of the adaptation process, and with time and consistency, training can lead to significant improvements in strength, endurance, and overall health. It's important to approach training with patience and a long-term perspective, understanding that the initial challenges are a necessary part of the journey towards improvement. **

As the universe expanded and cooled, the first atoms formed and eventually led to the formation of stars, galaxies, and other cosmic structures. The concept of the universe as "still smoke" may be a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the early stages of the universe's evolution. **

Carl Benz was initially laughed at because his invention, the first automobile, was seen as impractical and unnecessary.
