It's possible that there may be misunderstandings or miscommunications that can be addressed. Remember that feedback, even if it's difficult to hear, can be an opportunity for personal growth and improving your relationship with your friend. **

Yogurt is more durable than fresh milk because the fermentation process involved in making yogurt creates an acidic environment that helps to preserve the product. This acidity inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria, extending the shelf life of yogurt compared to fresh milk. Additionally, yogurt has a thicker consistency which helps protect it from spoilage and contamination. The live cultures present in yogurt also contribute to its longevity by continuing to ferment and preserve the product over time. **

Fresh minced meat from the butcher is not as durable as whole cuts of meat because it has a larger surface area exposed to air and bacteria. It is recommended to consume fresh minced meat within 1-2 days of purchase to ensure its quality and safety. Proper storage in the refrigerator at or below 40°F (4°C) can help extend the shelf life of fresh minced meat. **
